QUICK NOTE:

I mention that I rent links like everyone, and I do- when I publish a site or get a client.

But, for monthly links as proposed in the pdf, I also have a VA that does Greg Bukovatz style links- copycat, blog and form commenting etc. So, I do rent big links for all of my sites up front, I just don't stack them for the ongoing monthly links.
